A few hours back I've left a review about my recent purchase and the fact that the delivery was a little bit delayed, which created me some problems. I was really happy that the owner of the shop contacted me straight away, apologised and offered to compensate me. I must say, I didn't expect this. Great treatment and indeed left me with a big smile on my face. Thanks a lot!

Will use and recommend in the future. Only problem was with with slightly late delivery. I've paid for delivery before 12 o'clock and I received the parcel about 1.30 when I already I was out of the house and had to arrange another person to come at the last minute.

Response by Online Lock and Safe Centre: Upon investigation we have found that due to a delay with the courier, Mr. Kyosevs order was delivered later that the agreed time. We have refunded the difference between regular delivery and express delivery.
