When will my order be delivered?

PLEASE NOTE: WE ARE NOT CURRENTLY SHIPPING TO THE REPUBLIC OF IRELAND

For Standard UK Mainland, orders are usually delivered within 3 Days and on the next working day for Next Day if ordered before 13:00.

If you require expedited delivery to UK Mainland addresses, we also offer a Before 10:30, a Before 12:00 and a Saturday Delivery Option on most, but not all, products. If the product you are ordering does not qualify for expedited delivery, the option will disappear from your basket.  If you have more that one product in the basket and one does not qualify, the entire order will not qualify.   See our Delivery & Returns Policy for more information and prices.

Orders to Northern Ireland, Scottish Isles, Scottish Highlands, Guernsey and Jersey are delivered within 2 - 5 days.

How much will I pay for delivery?

Standard Delivery to UK Mainland is charged at £4.95 for orders under £100 and next Day Delivery is charged at £6.95. Orders over £100 qualify for free Standard Delivery and Orders over £175 qualify for free next day delivery.

Deliveries to the following destinations is charged at £16.50 for orders under £250 and is free for orders over £250.

Northern Ireland, Scottish Isles, Scottish Highlands, Jersey & Guernsey. 

Items are delivered by a reputable courier service which means they are fully trackable and require a signature upon delivery. This is our preferred method as we can guarantee that  you will receive your items within a specific time frame and vastly reduces the risk of items being lost in transit.  Note: We do not profit from our postage and packaging costs,  In fact, postage costs are subsidised by Online Lock and Safe Centre.
