The Delayed Action feature allows the closer to close the door slowly at the beginning of it's cycle e.g to allow wheelchairs and the elderly time to get through the door before it starts to close. Normally up to 70o. | Overhead door closers are available in either fixed or variable power. The required power size is determined by the weight of the door and other factors such as wind pressure on the outside of the door. | Allows for the adjustment of the doors closing speed. |
The Adjustable Latch action feature allows the speed of the last 7-10o of closing to be adjusted to allow for latches or seals. | This feature allows for a backcheck to be inserted at different angles. The backcheck action provides a resistance to the closer which prevents the door from being violently thrown or blown open thereby protecting the door and it's components from damage. | Available in either mechanical or electromagnetic, the door can be held in the open position with the closer. |
